In parallel, Landore has identified and confirmed a 

 in Ontario, further highlighting the district-scale potential of our land position and supporting our long-term exploration strategy.

For BAM, our strategy is clear: to systematically build confidence in the geological model, prioritise more easy ounces and higher-grade mineralisation, progressing the project in a manner consistent with a low-cost, bulk-tonnage development. The updated resource, together with ongoing geological and exploration work, positions BAM as a highly credible development opportunity within a stable and mining-friendly jurisdiction.

Across the Junior Lake Property, we continue to rationalise and focus our asset base. The Lamaune Gold Prospect has now been fully absorbed into the Junior Lake permits and is viewed as a gold-only opportunity. Existing drilling provides a solid technical platform and Lamaune represents a primary target for Landore to establish a compliant (

) gold resource through the assessment and integration of this historical drilling with highly targeted infill sampling. 

In addition, Landore has concluded and disposed of its interest in Storm Exploration and the Minimiska Property, further streamlining the portfolio and sharpening the Company’s focus on its core gold assets. We are also in discussions to optimise our portfolio of 8 properties in Nevada USA and Lessard in Quebec. Landore has released all claims on the Seeley Lake property that was showing no benefit on the balance sheet but this decision had a positive PR outcome with the First Nations on this property and was covered extensively in the National Press.

Looking ahead for 2026, Landore’s plan is to advance its gold portfolio in a structured and capital-disciplined manner. Our focus remains on resource growth, confidence building, and value creation, underpinned by strong technical fundamentals and a clear strategic vision. Landore Canada has implemented a targeted cost-cutting programme to streamline operations and ensure capital is deployed efficiently while advancing our core assets. 

As part of this next phase, Landore will be stepping up its promotion of the Company and its assets and has appointed a new dedicated Corporate and Investor Relations Manager to enhance engagement with shareholders, investors, and the wider market. An updated corporate presentation, incorporating the new MRE and setting out our plans going forward, will be released shortly.

Since stepping into the role of CEO, my priority has been to ensure the Company adopts a disciplined, data-driven approach to exploration and development. Our technical team has undertaken a comprehensive review of the extensive datasets across our portfolio, with particular emphasis on the BAM Gold Project at Junior Lake. This work has culminated in an updated Mineral Resource Estimate (MRE), which provides a stronger foundation for future growth and reinforces BAM’s position as Landore’s flagship asset. Importantly, this updated MRE provides the market and our investors with increased confidence in the quality, scale, and robustness of the BAM resource and the Company’s development strategy.
