Application will be made for the admission of the Warrant Shares to trading on AIM ("Admission"). The Warrant Shares will rank pari passu with the existing Ordinary Shares and it is expected that Admission will become effective on or around 8.00 a.m. on 21 April 2022. Following the Admission of the Warrant Shares, William Humphries has an interest in 5,616,041 ordinary shares, representing 5.18 per cent. of the enlarged issued share capital of the Company.
