Junior Lake Property Update Report - Environmental Works

As investors and the market eagerly await the forthcoming Mineral Resource Estimate (MRE) update on our BAM Gold Project at Junior Lake, I would like to take this opportunity to highlight our ESG approach at Landore and what sets us apart from many other Junior Mining companies.

To date, we have identified 1.5 million ounces of gold in the ground, with significant upside potential still ahead. The MRE update will benefit from the current gold price of over US$4,000/oz, which has more than doubled since our the last MRE in 2022 – an exciting and unprecedented development. 

However, I want to discuss Landore's work in responsibly developing our flagship BAM Gold Project including the large body of studies and milestones already completed including; ongoing baseline environmental studies and the acquisition of long-term mining leases. Considering mining leases usually take up to a decade to acquire, this marks a huge strategic advantage for not only our BAM gold project but also our nearby B4-7 Nickel-Copper-Cobalt-PGE Deposit and VW Nickel Deposit, representing an essential component of development which will deliver considerable value to shareholders.

In Ontario, mining leases and exploration permits are not one-time approvals. They require continuous compliance, with environmental stewardship at the core of those obligations. At Landore, we view environmental diligence not merely as a regulatory step, but as a strategic advantage, one that enhances sustainability, strengthens investor confidence, and builds community trust.

Environmental Work Completed at Junior Lake

Baseline Environmental Studies: water, vegetation, wildlife.

Archaeological and heritage site surveys.

Waste management, including camp clean-up.
