Alex Shaw, Landore CEO, not missing an opportunity to promote physical gold as well as partaking in liquid (look closely on the table)

Alex presented at the prestigious IIF (International Investment Forum) in Germany, sharing his outlook for Landore’s bright future at Junior Lake in Canada and the unprecdented opportunities within the global gold market.

Before I give an update on my recent trip to Munich, I want to address the timing of the upcoming MRE:

As a company, we set targets for all our projects. These targets help keep everyone focused on delivery, though they sometimes must be changed due to issues beyond our control.

The slight delay to the updated mineral resource estimate, now expected to be released in Q4’25, is due to factors that require additional time to ensure the estimate reflects the most current data and meets the highest technical and reporting standards. The Landore team and its independent consultants (SLR) determined that extending the timeline slightly is necessary to ensure the highest quality and accuracy of the resource model.

For sure, we are all disappointed by this slight delay to our target date, but it is essential to ensure the robustness and reliability of the updated MRE, which is our top priority. We believe this careful approach will provide a stronger foundation for the next stages of BAM’s project development and deliver the most meaningful results for all our shareholders. I look forward to releasing these results in the coming weeks.

Elsewhere, I spent a very productive few days last week in Munich at the International Investment Forum conference, with Apaton Capital.

The IIF event hosted annually in Munich, brings together leading mining executives, institutional investors, HNW's, private investors and industry analysts to discuss market trends and investment opportunities in the resources sector.

Events like this allow me to share the Landore story face-to-face with investors and tell the story of the district-scale opportunity at BAM and our rich asset portfolio at Junior Lake, Ontario. I presented our exciting BAM Gold Project to an audience that strongly supports and understands gold mining.

I was highly encouraged by the keen interest and enthusiasm shown by a new audience of sophisticated investors during my presentation of Landore and the significant Junior Lake opportunity in Canada's tier-one jurisdiction.

During numerous presentations, I underscored Landore's recent exploration successes at BAM, its robust project pipeline, and our clear plans to enhance shareholder value within a strong global gold market.

Munich proved an exceptional platform, connecting us with European and international investors who are increasingly viewing gold as a hedge against market volatility. I believe many UK companies are missing out on this valuable European market, and I was greatly encouraged by the enthusiastic response to the Landore presentation, particularly the strong desire from individuals and funds to get involved with early-stage gold companies.
